These terms apply to the use of bnbfleet.eu. Transport itself is carried out on the basis of the transport or forwarding order or contract confirmed in writing.

2. Quote requests
- The form on this website is a request for a quote, not a firm order. We usually reply within 2 working hours.
- Our quote becomes binding only after both parties confirm the order in writing (email is enough).
- Price and terms are based on the information you provide; if the goods, route or dates differ, the quote may change.
- Our services are aimed mainly at businesses (B2B).
3. Transport
International road transport is performed under the CMR Convention (Geneva, 1956), the confirmed order and Romanian law. Liability for the goods and CMR insurance are as provided by the CMR Convention and the confirmed order. Trips organised through our forwarding desk with partner carriers keep the same point of contact and the same liability towards you, within the limits of the forwarding contract.
4. Website content
The texts, photos, logo and design of this website belong to B&B FLEET SRL and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. The trips, positions and routes animated on the website are illustrative examples, not real-time data. Figures (fleet, partners, countries) are those at the date of the last website update.
5. Liability
We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is for information only. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website or for the content of external websites we link to.
